Our private pre-sales are for Volunteers, Consignors, Expecting/New Parents/Grandparents/Foster Parents, First Responders, Medical Personnel, Military Parents, Daycare/Teachers and Purchased Ticket Holders.

- If you are expecting, adopting/fostering, or a new parent or new grandparent with a child 18 months or younger, you are eligible to shop our pre-sale.
- We would like to thank First Responders, Medical Personnel, Military Parents and Daycare/Teachers for the sacrifices they have made and would like to help support you, by inviting you to our pre-sale event. You’ll be asked to answer specific questions during the pre-sale registration process regarding your occupation.
- Want to shop early, but don’t qualify as a New Parent or Service Parent? Become a Purchased Ticket Holder: Our VIP, Prime Time, Early Bird and Private pre-sale events are for you! Don’t wait, spaces are limited.

Volunteers SHOP First! Volunteers are eligible to bring two guests to shop, if volunteering for one shift, and three guests to shop, if volunteering for two shifts.
4PM – VIP Ticketholder Presale
VIP is for anyone who would like to purchase tickets to be an EARLY BIRD shopper. Tickets are very limited for this shopping time. An online purchased ticket for $25 is good for you and one guest!
5:30PM – Consignors Only
Consignors are eligible to bring one guest to shop.
7PM – Prime Time Ticketholder Presale
Prime Time is for anyone who would like to purchase tickets to shop before the sale opens on the weekend. An online purchased ticket for $20 is good for you and one guest!
